2016 the Residenz Heinz Winkler celebrates its 25th anniversary on 11th September.

On this occasion Heinz Winkler is cooking a full course dinner with friends - all well-known chefs, honoured with two or three Michelin Stars.

The illustrious group sounds like the Who is Who of the star kitchen:
Heinz Beck, Andreas Caminada, Kevin Fehling, Peter Knogl, Mario Lohninger, Dieter Müller,
Silvio Nickol, Simon Taxacher, Joachim Wissler.

Cooking Course with Heinz Winkler

Spend some time with star chef Heinz Winkler in his professional kitchen.
At the Residenz, you will soon see that not only eating, but also cooking can make you happy. Carefully prepared dishes with the finest ingredients are an extraordinarily exciting matter, which is fun for all your senses – provided that you like cooking.
With this in mind, we offer you our cooking course arrangement:
Starting at 3 pm on your first day: arrival and check-in
7 pm: welcome cocktail
7:30 pm: 5-course Gala-Dinner
Overnight stay in one of our beautiful rooms
Until 10 am of your second day: breakfast
10 am Gourmet Cooking Course with Heinz Winkler and his kitchen staff
In parallel, the accompanying partner may choose to relax at the 
 Vital Resort of the Residenz

Apart from the items described above,
